Each 60-minute session is tailored to your specific limitations and goals. Sessions may address the full body or focus on targeted problem areas such as hips, shoulders, spine, or neck. Using a stability strap and controlled positioning, I apply precise external force to safely move joints beyond what most people can achieve on their own, allowing for deeper, more effective stretching.
This assisted approach enables improved joint mechanics, reduced muscular tension, and more efficient movement patterns. Pressure and intensity are adjusted throughout the session to remain therapeutic while producing real, lasting change.
